This project has been funded by the European Council, through the Marie Slodowska Curie Actions under the Horizon 2020 programme.
To summarise, the Beneficiary (the young researcher having a PhD degree) and the Principal Investigator (The head of a research team) worked together to create and submit a research project. It had to be very innovative, useful for the beneficiary career and, of course, very useful for the society! A panel of experts reviewed and rated the project. Only the ver best projects (based on the rate they get) are funded.

The funding allows the welcoming laboratory to employ the young researcher (salary), to finance the research (lab consumable), and to communicate/disseminate the results of the project (Publication fee, conferences fee).

As a MSCA fellowship, I thus sincerely thank the Horizon 2020 programme, it has been an amazing chance to be funded for a 2 years research project. I learnt many things and we generated very exciting results, in accordance with our initial goal. As a consequence, these project results might take an important place in the futur science development toward a better treatment for cancers and other diseases.
This project is somehow funded by european citizens, for european citizens, so do not hesitate to contact us for any question!

Thank you!
